One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 11/2025.

Placed on steps of Park and Spa Center, it's great location for those who wished for relaxation and walks in nature. There is close access to supermarkets and public buses for those who wished to explore surroundings and other mountain towns in area. We are looking forward to welcome you in our appartment. We offer a 52 sq m apartment with a view of the mountains, which consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony. It is designed for 6 people: one double bed and two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed, which can accommodate two additional people, a TV, a coffee table and a table with four chairs. The kitchenette is fully equipped. No smoking is allowed in the apartment. We provide one free parking space.

The Marszałka 28 apartment is located on the ground floor of a tenement house located in the very center of Jelenia Góra, 300 meters from the Old Town. It consists of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. Our guests say it is an ideal combination of a base for trips to the Karkonosze, Rudawy Janowickie and Kaczawskie Mountains with the possibility of enjoying the attractions of the center of Jelenia Góra.
