1 km from Luchon, in the heart of the small pastoral village of Montauban-de-Luchon, 76 m2 renovated "mountain spirit" all-wood barn, with 35 m2 living room open to the century-old chestnut tree and the Superbagnères mountains. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Located near the Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park, it's perfect for enjoying nature. The area offers a wealth of hiking, cycling, trail running and motorbike touring routes. Not recommended for babies or young children due to original features of the house.
