The apartment, independent and without common spaces, is surrounded by a large garden and consists of a spacious air-conditioned bedroom, a bathroom with a tub and bidet, a living room with a kitchenette complete with dishes and a double sofa bed. We are 700 meters from the bus to Tiburtina station and the shuttle to Monterotondo station towards Rome, the Grande Raccordo Anulare is a 10-minute drive.
