Our space is a beautiful house facing the sea of Balneário Piçarras. Exclusive and comfortable, this house is ideal for couples and families to experience pleasant moments. Strictly family-friendly, no loud music and parties and/or gatherings of people will be allowed. The use of any tobacco, natural or electronic, is not allowed in the patio, garden or inside the house. Pets are not allowed. The site aims to provide guests with peace amidst the nature of the sea.

The house is 100 meters from Alegre Beach and 7 km from the largest theme park in South America, Beto Carrero World. We have free Wi-Fi for guests.

The Lookout is in front of the beach, an incredible view, in the best place in the city . Nights are differentiated on the balcony with a good sparkling wine !! Just a few steps and your feet are on the sand of the beach . Boardwalk in front, ideal for hiking and running, clean and proper beach for bathing, garage uncovered, safe place, comfortable, bright.
