Apartment with 24-hour concierge, indoor garage, air conditioning in the bedrooms. Barbecue area on the balcony. The beach is 300 meters away. To enjoy Beto Carrero, it is 12 km away. Great location: close to the market, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacy, and gas station... Great to relax and enjoy your vacation! Recently, on Dec 30, 2023, we changed the cleaning person.

Entire apartment, ideal for families visiting beaches, Beto Carrero Park and the beauties of Santa Catarina. Cozy, we furnish it with affection as if it were for our family's use. We're two blocks from the sea. The condominium is a Home Club, where you will enjoy the wonderful swimming pool, kiosks, children's playground, soccer field and game room. We have adopted hygiene measures and receive our guests remotely via our 24-hour surveillance company's app. You will be welcome.
