No elevator, no television, no kitchen. Note on reason of Corona /Covid-19: our Bed&Breakfast has the same characteristics of a hotel accommodation. You only share the small entrance room with the flat owners and are therefore completely independent from the rest of the flat!

Enjoy a private room with an en-suite bathroom, recently refurbished in February 2025, equipped with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. You will have your own private room with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, sink, and w.c., exclusively for your use. The bathroom has been recently refurbished with a spacious shower. The room features a double bed for two guests, plus a single sofa bed for a third guest.

The suite is equipped with WiFi, TV, air conditioning, kitchenette and toilet with shower. In each room you will find a tray with sealed doses of jams, Nutella, biscuits, biscuits, coffee pods and hot drinks to be consumed independently with the "Nescafè" machine, tea kettle and toaster. For your complete autonomy during your stay, the room key is in the key box next to the door.

From my B&B you have a stunning view of St.Peter's dome! There is a very comfortable double bed & private bathroom. There are also two cats, Wolfie and LolaLola, lurking in the rest of the apartment. With a 7 minute walk you get to the Vatican, and in 15 to the center. Check in before 10pm, please :). I am a registered B&B with the local authorities – QA/2021/12704.

We are in the characteristic Flaminio neighbourhood, very close to Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, San Pietro and also at a stone’s throw from the river Tiber. Nearby there is a fruit and vegetable market, lots of shops and a variety of local restaurants and cafes.
