Strategically positioned on the Lombardy side of Lago Maggiore, the Loft di Charme is only 1h driving from Milano Malpensa Airport, and just few minutes driving from the cozy towns of Luino, Porto Valtravaglia and Laveno Mombello and there is a great offer of services and things to do in the area. The property has been recently renewed with a special attention to every single detail (I am super passionate of design!) and is the perfect location for a romantic and relaxing gateway.

A charming apartment with garden and private parking (entrance of 228 cm max) in the heart of Canner a short distance from the lake, the store, the post office, the pharmacy and the main restaurants of the town, in a very quiet area 400 meters from the beach, suitable for 2 adults plus 2 children at most (if they sleep in the same 1.5 m wide sofa bed), once it was the loggia of the "humiliated" congregation of friars dissolved by Carlo Borromeo a few centuries ago.

IL NIDO – the world from a porthole

Il Nido is a structure made entirely of natural wood, 20 square meters, designed specifically for 2 people and equipped with all comforts. It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and to live a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM 12 JANUARY TO 10 FEBRUARY. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.

Rustic Private Cottage front Lake w/ BOAT

You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included. A full briefing on arrival, and we're a message away for anything. This isn't a resort. It's the lake, your own boat, and your own pace.

On the balcony with 180 G view you get a fascinating energetic feeling. If you want to walk to the sweet little town with a beach, it only takes 5 to 7 minutes. However, you walk on a short section of the main road, which has no sidewalk.

The wooden pergola opens onto a beautiful garden just steps from the water, creating a spectacular setting for breakfast or sunset. Lofthaus Parasio in the Borgo of Cannobio

For very demanding customers, we rent our loft house in the Borgho of Cannobio, directly at the bell tower of Parasio, furnished with a lot of love and quality. The newly renovated house offers space on 3 floors and a great terrace facing southwest, overlooking the green wooded hills, a cool, shady private courtyard and a kitchen. The airy open staircase is a steel structure with granite steps and glass railings.
