A 150-square-meter villa on the Tuscan sea of Prato Ranieri, surrounded by a wonderful and well-kept garden, located in a quiet pedestrian area, with a sandy beach right in front of the gate. Casa Alvino (sleeps 5+2) is surrounded by a large and shaded garden within a very exclusive centuries-old pine forest. The beach is private and is about 300m from the house.
