All I can say is that this place will blow your mind. This modern house is equipped with just about everything from luxury furniture, all smart devices, privacy with your own pool, and the location is on a beautiful street with tons of palm trees centrally located at the base of Old town Scottsdale & Arcadia. Within a 2 block radius you have some of the best restaurants AZ has to offer including North, LGO, Steak 44, etc. Please note the pool can be heated with a $50 per night charge.
