The apartment is directly reachable via the staircase from the outside, has a parking space, storage space for bicycles or motorcycles. The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. From the terrace and the living room - the former guest room - you can see far over the Mosel loops near Tarben-Trarbach and the hills of the Eifel.
