This is a primary home, with all of the amenities of such a home. 5 miles outside of Center City & walking distance from a train station, this quiet and safe neighborhood is perfect for Philly events or nature getaways. All within walking: River trail, state park trails, Main Street Manayunk (shops, restaurants, and bars/pubs), train station, bike rentals, playgrounds, movie theater, and more. Accommodations: 3 bedrooms (2 with queen beds, 1 with king) queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Close to bridge to NJ, all historic sites and plenty of restaurants, New fashion district mall and nightlife. One block away from train/bus and across US Customs House.
