Bus stop 5 mins, tram 10 mins on foot and a taxi to the city center takes 10 minutes. I’m looking after a friend’s place for a month or two, and renting out my place short-term. Two bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, an open plan sitting/dining room with a light filled kitchen. Dedicated workspace. Sleeps 6 people, living room has a sofa bed, plus full bathroom downstairs.

Spacious, luminous, modern town house

Modern red brick townhouse, just 2mins walk from Croke Park (for concerts and matches), 5mins walk from Drumcondra and 20mins walk to the city centre. Underfloor heating & A energy rating - so it’s warm & cosy! Two classic bedrooms and a third auxiliary bedroom in the converted attic. The house was totally renovated & modernised in 2023. Self check in & check out for extra flexibility. This is my own home where I normally live, so I take great pride in keeping it in good condition

The house is in a lovely area of Dublin City, very close to the Irish Museum of Modern Art, Kilmainham Jail and the Memorial Park by the Liffey. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and there is a separate dining room. The sitting room has a workspace with fast broadband. With free off-street parking, and a small garden front and back, there is plenty of space for an enjoyable stay. The back yard is secluded, has seating and space for eating outdoors.
