A break in the mountains

Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

Cozy attic apartment

In a quiet location on the edge of the village, surrounded by woods and meadows, you will find our cozy attic apartment in a large wooden house, once a bakery. In summer, an outdoor seating area in the courtyard offers the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful natural setting: eat outside, have a barbecue or simply relax. The apartment has its own entrance and there are plenty of parking spaces in the courtyard. Dogs are welcome, we have a large friendly herding dog.

Beautiful and quiet apartment in Peißenberg, in the basement of a newly built single-family house with a private entrance. Peißenberg is located about 60 km south of Munich and 45 km north of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, making it an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling as well as for excursions to the surrounding area, such as swimming lakes, royal castles, Wieskirche, Partnachklamm, Oktoberfest.

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.

Right in the middle of Bavaria, a few cycling minutes away from the Staffelsee lake- lies this modern beautiful loft. In summertime hicking and sightseeing are awesome options nearby and in wintertime cool sightseeing options are just around the corner, for example fanius Zugspitze the highest mountain of Germany!
