In winter, the temperature remains mild thanks to its troglodyte construction. It is a strategic place to make your visits because you are only 10 minutes from Grasse, 20 from Cannes and 15 minutes from the lake of Saint-Cassien, 35 from Saint-Raphaël. Shops and restaurants are only a 5-minutes walk away.

Spacious villa with lawn/flower garden and private pool.... gas bbq. Parking spaces, fenced grounds, quiet location. We hope families will be very respectful of the villa and neighbors. Automatic lawn watering, we would like you to water some plants. Priority will be given to fortnightly rentals (2 weeks).

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house but the entrance is independent. It consists of an outdoor dining area, living room with kitchen, shower room and bedroom. Ideal for a family with kids. We only accept small dogs and only one at a time.
