The guest house (house annex) will be rented, featuring a large swimming pool (7 X 4), 4 bedrooms (2 en-suites). There is another house on the property, but it is isolated by a wall (I live in the other house, but I am available to assist). The rented space offers privacy, with a 2-car garage, Wi-Fi, 5 smart TVs, and all bedrooms have air-conditioning. The living room is integrated with the kitchen and barbecue area. The house is located in the third block of Peruíbe Beach (approx. 600 meters from the beach). Keep the sound at low volume (AMBIENT), we do not allow excesses.

Beautiful house located 700 meters from the beach, has 2 bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has 2 triliches plus double and single mattresses, fully equipped kitchen so you don't have to worry/living room with smart TV for you to enjoy YouTube and Netflix with your account, ceiling fan in the living room and in both bedrooms to always stay cool, bathroom, swimming pool has a beautiful waterfall, barbecue with lamp, garage for 4 cars, wall with concertina, security cameras and free Wi-Fi.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We offer free bed linens (sheets, pillows with pillowcases, blankets and comforter), basic dishes (cutlery, plates, glasses, pots and baking sheet), barbecue kit (board, skewer, and grill), face and bath towels (we ask that you DO NOT use the towels to go to the beach, only use them to bathe in the house) We ask that after 9 p.m. sound and noise be reduced, so as not to disturb the neighbors and respect municipal laws.

CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR/CARNAVAL: For those seeking peace and tranquility, come and discover this new space designed with care for you to relax after a day at the beach. Close to beaches, shops, bakeries, restaurants. Peruíbe is full of must-see tours: the ecological station of Juréia, Barra do Una, Cascatas, Guaraú and its 4 x 4 tours and boats or boats, as well as fishing on the shore. Flat edge ideal for walking, running and cycling on the seaside avenue.

The house has an integrated living room and bedroom, bathroom, open kitchen with all the utensils for preparing meals or a barbecue. In the outdoor area, we have a barbecue, sink and table with four chairs, a small swimming pool (1 meter deep), large closed garage (30m²) but it only fits one car due to the laundry in the same space, and a garden with plants and fruit trees. I have an aquarium and a nursery in the yard that I take care of every morning.

Amplo estacionamento para até três carros dentro da casa e toda a comodidade para fazer da sua estadia a melhor possível. A casa fica a 1km da praia dos três marias, em Peruibe, mais ou menos 15 minutos andando. O espaço acomoda até 10 pessoas. Temos três beliches em um quarto, uma cama de casal + cama de solteiro em outro e um sofá-cama na sala.
