Casa do Sonho (Beach)

Casa do Sonho is only 150 m from the beach (one of the best beaches on the South Coast - Cibratel I), 200 m from shops and conveniences, 1 km from Praia do Sonho and 1.5 km from the historic city center. Located on a very quiet Av. (several cars can park for free with 24-hour surveillance), has different layout and decor, with private pool, barbecue and pizza oven. It is equipped with all amenities, to provide comfort and practicality for up to 6 people.

The house has an integrated living room and bedroom, bathroom, open kitchen with all the utensils for preparing meals or a barbecue. In the outdoor area, we have a barbecue, sink and table with four chairs, a small swimming pool (1 meter deep), large closed garage (30m²) but it only fits one car due to the laundry in the same space, and a garden with plants and fruit trees. I have an aquarium and a nursery in the yard that I take care of every morning.
