Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Possibility of visits to the Puisaye (Guédelon, Moulin Blot, Saint Amand en Puisaye, Château de Ratilly...) and the nearby surroundings (Clamecy, La Charité sur Loire, Cosne sur Loire, Donzy...). Easy access and lots of hiking possible from the house. Friendly but not intrusive welcome. Small haven of peace for a stopover or a short stay. House located next to a church that rings the hours.

We rent our beautiful country house, located 10 minutes from Saint Amand en Puisaye, in the Nièvre. change of scenery guaranteed! Supermarket 10 min drive, bakery and excellent butcher/caterer in the village 2 min drive (or walk along pretty paths in 30 min) Lots of activities and places to discover in the area!

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!
