We have 9 air conditioners in the house. New heater. Almost all rooms have a sea view!The sunset is a spectacle in itself!The house is located 2 blocks from the most cheerful beach (Pereque). With several restaurants, water sports, kiosks, commerce. Garage for 2 cars.

The house has a stunning view, but it is located on top of a hill in the historic center of Ilhabela, in Vila, which makes it possible to have a view of the center, Ilhabela Yacht Club and the São Sebastião canal. The climb is very steep to reach the house. However, it is approximately 5 minutes by car from the historic center, restaurant, market, pharmacy, bank and beach of the village and saco da capela.

Houseboat, on the sand & charming...

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
