It's new, with Bauhaus-style architecture, has ample parking for 2 cars, is totally self-contained, located on a cul-de-sac, and built on stilts, which makes it free from humidity and very airy. It also has 500 Mbps fiber internet, a home theater, modern bathrooms, air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, windows with screens, and new appliances and fixtures! My place is great for families.
