Centrally located, our home boasts a large back yard with outdoor games, and for those rainy days we host a full indoor game room/arcade! Shopping is 5 minutes away and we're a short drive from downtown Pensacola. We are a veteran owned business, and are very military/veteran friendly!

No pet fees, high-speed WIFI, self check-in, and free parking. Beach Bungalow is only 3 miles to Perdido Key beaches, 10 miles to Orange Beach and 4 miles to Naval Air Station Pensacola. Nestled at the end of a dead end street, watch the Blue Angels fly overhead, visit nearby beaches or play at Big Lagoon State Park located across the street with a beach, boat ramp and trails. Distances: Downtown 5 mi, Pensacola Beach 14 mi, Perdido Beach 20 mi, Pensacola NAS front gate 1.5 mi, public boat launch 0.2 mi. This beautiful Villa is within walking distance of Johnson Beach in the Gulf Islands National Seashore and 2 other public beach accesses. Johnson Beach is a great place to spend the day sitting in your beach chair, fishing, hiking, biking, or kayaking in the National Park with our 4 KAYAKS (FREE to use). In the evening, relax on the house's 3 outdoor decks with an exceptional view of Heron's Walk, a nature reserve.

Cozy Studio

This is part of a compound with two structures ! I live in the guest house with Matt . There are 3 bedroom in the main house and the cozy studio is a beautifully converted space with private bath, cold / hot air unit , refrigerator , walk in closet ect ect . Note : you share the laundry room only which is rarely used . You have 2 door with your keys that only i have an extra set .
