When I found this little mobile home community on Miflin Creek, I knew I'd found something special- a peaceful place to kayak,bird watch,fish, and enjoy the beauty of the creek. Today, I'm grateful to share it with my guests. Miflin Creek flows into Wolf Bay and the Gulf, yet you're only 8 minutes from OWA, close to great restaurants, and a short drive to Alabama's beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. When you stay at this centrally-located place, your family will be close to everything. The home is ranch-style and located on the canal in a fast-growing beachy community. Minimum stairs if you walk down to the canal. Take advantage of the local golf course which is minutes from the home. Enjoy the beautiful weather, shopping, and the local beaches (Navarre, Pensacola, and Destin) then come home to relax in your home away from home. We do not host parties or special events. Non smoking home.

However you choose to spend your time, embrace the uniqueness of this space that had the experience in mind. There are 2 cameras on the exterior of the property which actively record audio & visual.

Take the kayaks to the bayou for a nice paddle where dolphins play. Screened porch for coffee, drinks or a meal outside. Miles of walking paths along the water where we watch the Blue Angels practice. Navy Point has great fishing, a boat ramp, 20 min to beaches, & 10 min to downtown. See our guidebook for local spots.

Our tiny house was custom built in 2022 and is located in beautiful East Hill. Our place is centrally located just minutes from PNS airport, downtown restaurants and bars, and Pensacola Beach! It is also just a short walk to Bayou Texar and Bayview park. The tiny house is a completely private space with driveway parking for 2 cars and your own patio area! Enjoy beautiful views of the Bayou from the dining room table or the patio area. We'll do anything we can to make your stay great!
