This will be great for a quick get away or someone who doesn't wish to spend long periods at the premises. Though everything is provided TV , luxury bedding with brand new double bed and linen. Teas coffee and milk will be provide with luxury hand soaps and hand cream. A free parking spot is also provided. We will Promise this to be the cleanest and most convenient for local bars restaurants, beach and the city centre which is a 10 minute walk away. If you want the sound of birdsong and farm animals and a completely rural experience, drive up the mountain road and join us at our smallholding where we have an abundance of wildlife. We have spent the past few years lovingly restoring the stonework, oak floors and beams, fitting a modern kitchen with reclaimed worktops and a shower room with handmade wooden unit. Private patio with your own access to the property and a lake to walk around, although wellies may be needed sometimes!

Your private suite is just 15 metres from the sea in our seafront home, with uninterrupted views across Swansea Bay. Step onto the new promenade or use the slipway opposite for swimming or paddleboarding. While there are no cooking facilities, the suite is equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses, along with tea, coffee, and milk.
