You have come to the right place to find an unforgettable apartment! This is the very first apartment we had decorated, and we were inspired by Barcelona itself, with its cosmopolitan and modern flair, yet at the same time being a place with a rich culture. With grey as the predominant color tone, we achieved a contemporary, stylish and elegant atmosphere. And be assured that you would not find a more centrally located flat! Don't miss out on staying at one of only six unique 'El Alma de Las Ramblas' flats, all of which are located in a recently renovated historical 19th century building We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most emblematic street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration (hair dryer, nespresso, kettle... internet TV and of course, wi-fi). We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. Guests have access to the entire studio. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one. This apartment is located at the epic center of Barcelona, just at the beginning of this iconic street known for its myriad of activities and abundant pedestrians who have come to stroll, shop and dine in the city´s most dynamic street. Enjoy meals in a modern nook surrounded by large windows in this bright studio. When these windows are opened, the nook feels as if you were in an open balcony. The compact layout makes intuitive use of space featuring a fully stacked kitchenette. This apartment is as central as central can be! You will be able to walk* to many worthwhile sites: 1. La Boquería Market: 4 minute walk 2. Picasso Museum: 13 minute walk 3. La Pedrera: 22 minute walk 4. La Sagrada Familia: 42 minute walk 5. La Barceloneta (former fishermen´s neighborhood by BCN´s port): 25 minute walk 6. The beach: 30 minute walk 7. Etc, (You get our point;-)) (*Walking time estimates based on (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps) Or if you wished to take a taxi or public transportation (to take you within Barcelona as well as to its surrounding cities such as Girona, Sitges, etc.) both options are also easily available within less than 3 minute walk from the flat. It is also important to note that before we send you the details for checking in, it is obligatory from the local mandate that we receive a foto of your official ID, ie. Passport or National ID for EU citizens, in order to register your visit to the Catalan authority commission*. *Official Notice from the Generalitat de Catalunya It is compulsory for persons staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia to register there. Recently renovated loft apartment in the center of Catalonia, well connected 45 minutes from Barcelona, 40 minutes from the beaches of Sitges and 20 minutes from the Sanctuary of Montserrat. Connected by highway and FGC railways. Next to the countryside with forests and with possibilities of visits to interesting places such as the Castle of La Pobla de Claramunt, Molí Paperer and the Prehistoric Park of the Vila de Capellades. 6 km from Igualada. The apartment has a double bed, a sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower.

Grand & Cozy Loft with Indoor Patio in Sitges

Gaze through an incredible arched window that extends almost across the whole room and to the ceiling of this light-filled loft. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.

Independent studio within the Roman walls of the city , right in the historic center of Tarragona. In a nice , family-friendly area with charm and close to everything. Near the town hall square where there is a culture of terraces, bars and restaurants. Buses, hospital, beach... Live the experience in Tarragona from inside its roots! Enjoy Anna and Ferran's Loft, very cozy, quiet and conveniently located. Accommodation for guests over 25 years old. A 10-minute walk to the center of Terrassa and the FGC train station. Very well connected to Barcelona, both by car and train. The accommodation has everything you need to have a pleasant and relaxing stay. Great for two. It is designed for 2 people and has 1 double bed. If necessary, there is also a sofa for a third person.

Bright apartment in the center of Vilanova. Mid-century house recently renovated in a simple and modern style. The space is very suggestive as there are different textures, different heights and materials, both modern and antique. The apartment consists of a clear space where we find a living room with kitchen and living area and a space for the bedroom. The bathroom is the only part of the apartment that is closed.
