Apartment with a separate entrance in a historic building from the early 20th century. Newly renovated with top quality and furniture that makes it unique and different. Oak wood flooring and works by local artists. San Julián neighborhood, historic center but away from the tourist hustle and bustle to get to know the authentic local Seville. Surrounded by churches and convents on a very quiet street but 5 minutes from the Alameda and Calle Feria, where the bars and liveliest area are.

Gaze through an incredible arched window that extends almost across the whole room and to the ceiling of this light-filled loft. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue.
