Beautiful house in Urbanización Alorda Park, Calafell, very close to the beach. On the ground floor we find the living room along with the kitchen, a bathroom and a private terrace with porch. On the top floor there are 3 double bedrooms with two terraces and a bathroom. In the basement we find a living room with projector, laundry and the fourth bedroom, with two twin beds. The urbanization has security, 3 pools, a restaurant bar, parking and children's play areas.

Our little house is cozy and ideal to enjoy life in a small beach town. It is located in the center of Vilanova a few minutes from the promenade, the train station. Supermarkets, stores and restaurants nearby and 15 minutes walk from the beach. It has a living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two overlooking the garden and another is inside but all are well ventilated and rests very well in them), bathroom, laundry room, toilet, terrace, parking and private garden.
