Hola, me llamó Gerard. Soy el anfitrión de @MYHOMEPARATI. Me gusta darles la intimidad que se merecen los huéspedes con su propia casa de invitados totalmente reformada en enero de 2024. Podrás disfrutar del espacio exterior para descansar así como de la piscina de uso privado. Estacionamiento gratuito en el interior de la finca. La vivienda esta situada a 15 minutos de Barcelona y a pocos kilómetros de playas y otros centros. (Se aplicará el impuesto turístico en Cataluña 1€ persona/noche)

Up on a little hill, guest house of a 500 years traditional house, embedded in a wood of 25 hectares. The guest house has a private garden, a mini pool, and an independent entrance. Air conditioning. Barcelona's center is only 20 min by train, trains every 6/10 mins, 1,2 euro ticket trip, the train station is 3 min by car, free parking at station and house. Alternatively, the city center is 20 minutes by car. Beach is 25 minutes by car.Car recommended. Nature, peaceful, beautiful sunsets.

Direct access to the Tordera River that passes just below the house. 15 minutes from the town of Montseny and 20 minutes from Sant Esteve de Palautordera. Views, nature, disconnect.

Studio on the top floor with beautiful views. It has a "living room" space separate from the sleeping area. The ceilings are sloping with a lot of charm, although some parts have a low height (rest area). Kitchenette with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kitchenware, etc. IT DOES NOT HAVE A STOVE TO COOK! Full bathroom. Wi-Fi, Smart TV.
