Centrally located in Renfrew, only a quick walk to main street shopping, the Renfrew Fair Grounds, and local trail systems. This ground floor, one bedroom apartment features a kitchen, separate entrance, and driveway with parking for 1 vehicle. This house is ideal for workers who come to the area. Steps away from the trail for ATV and snowmobile riders, or families is just coming to the area and don’t wanna stay in a hotel.
