Good location, Bright, South Wedge, AC and Parking

We continue to clean fastidiously, and provide excellent ventilation. Spacious 2nd floor flat with skylights, full kitchen and bath, living room, dining room and bedroom. There is Central Air conditioning and off-street parking. We are ideally located in the city of Rochester, close to Highland Park, the U of R and hospitals...and an easy walk to the cafes, (ice cream!) stores, pubs and restaurants of the South Wedge. Downtown in 10 minutes. Roc Cinema also reopened a short walk away.

Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is over 1000 square feet, in an Historic House. We are seasoned airbnb hosts (check out our other listing APT #1), with great reviews. This is a huge spacious apt great for visiting the U of R (with our without family). It is on the second floor, so there is a staircase. You are free to enjoy the backyard and front porch.
