Nice, terraced apartment with sauna in a quiet area about 5 km from the city center. There is 1 parking space in the yard and a bus stop nearby. There is a view of the city's public sandy beach from the backyard. Approximately 100 steps through the forest, 0.5 km along the road. One bicycle is available for use during the visit. I hope that guests will follow the rules of the housing association and live in my home with respect. One of the rooms in the triangle is locked and is not available to guests.

Functional and atmospheric two-room apartment in a prime location

Fully renovated, functional two-room apartment in a 1950s stone house with a prime location. Only 300 m to the railway station. Theater, Verkatehdas and Art Museum within a 150-450 m radius. 300 m to the convenience store, 800 m to the market square and 1.6 km to the Goodman shopping center. The property is in the immediate vicinity of Vanajavesi. You can walk along the popular beach route to Aulangon, Kaupunginpuisto or Häme Castle. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom has plenty of closet space.

The House with a Spa

The other half of the semi-detached house, the hosts live on the other side. A couple of bedrooms, large living areas, a kitchen and a sauna section. There is also a terrace and a fenced backyard. Quiet detached house area. We are close to the lake, but there is no access to the beach. The nearest beaches are Idänpää or Matkolampi beach, both of which are about 1.5 km away. The center of Hämeenlinna is just over three kilometers away, and the nearest golf course is just over a kilometer away.

Private cabin w/ sauna, patio, bikes, free parking

Welcome to our private cottage to enjoy your stay! Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included (airfryer, no oven), big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you.

Luxury of silence and privacy Relax and enjoy the nature in by the clean lake Vesijako. The villa has modern comforts: A/C, dishwasher and washing machine, sauna and hot tub with lakewater with lake views. Many Finnish design brands (Marimekko, Iittala, Fiskars, Balmuir) can be found in textiles and in kitchen. You can use a canoe, SUP boards and a rowing boat with an electric motor. This new (10/2025) triangular cottage is located on the shore of a small lake just a 20-minute drive from the center of Tampere, but in the middle of a large wooded plot, it feels like you are in the middle of the wilderness. Wake up to the birds singing, enjoy your morning coffee on the jetty and watch the mist rise from the water. Take a hiking or mountain bike trip in a nearby nature park or try your luck at fishing. Evening sauna, hot tub, fireplace and starry sky crown the day.

Stay North - Katajala

Villa Katajala is a modern lakefront house just over an hour from Helsinki. Surrounded by forest and set only 20 metres from the water’s edge, this spacious villa features floor-to-ceiling windows, a glass conservatory, and two lawns for outdoor games. A jacuzzi, sauna with lake views, and a fire pit offer plenty of ways to relax. With a sandy beach, paddle boards, a rowing boat, and fast WiFi, Katajala suits both quiet vacations and time together with family or friends.

Guest house by the lake

A log cabin by the lake. Here you can enjoy nature, rowing, barbecue, sauna and swimming. The cottage is located on a peninsula, in the "yard" of the main building, about 40 meters from the main building. Great views of the lake and an organic environment. It's nice to take a short or longer break from everyday life. The cottage has two bedrooms (double bed and twin beds). In addition, an atmospheric kitchen, auxiliary kitchen, shower facilities and a wood-fired sauna.
