Rated 2 stars in furnished tourism, I offer my little 26 m2 paradise facing Mont Blanc, warm and equipped for 1 to 4 people located on the 1st floor of a chalet with balcony that will offer you a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. 5 minutes from the ski slopes in winter (free shuttle in the residence) and heated pool in summer right in front of the chalet (open from July 1 to September 1). Village/Shops 8 km away, thermal baths and SNCF train station in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains 11 km away.

Rated 4* tourist cottage in 2024 **** Glamorous atmosphere facing the mountain: master suite, sauna, bathtub for 2 people, huge walk-in shower... On the ground floor of a chalet 15 minutes from the Manigod ski area (La Clusaz ski connection), and 25 minutes from Annecy. The owner lives in the chalet above but the cottage is completely independent and without shared spaces Free parking for 2 cars. Ideally located whether in winter for the ski slopes or in summer for hikers we are 12 minutes from Saint Gervais les Bains, 20 minutes from Combloux, 25 minutes from Contamines Montjoie, Megève and Chamonix and 5 minutes from the Thermes de St Gervais Perfect for a couple looking for peace and quiet while being at the center of tourist attractions and activities.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish 3* furnished apartment located in Menthon Saint Bernard. It is bright and is located on the top floor of our house with a separate entrance. The apartment will enchant you with its privacy and comfort. Not overlooked, the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Not suitable for children. In summer and winter, you can enjoy many outdoor activities. There's plenty to do in the way of culture. Not accessible for people with limited mobility.

The studio is in my house but the entrance is independent with a key box. Free parking in front of the studio. My house is in a hamlet far from the hustle and bustle of the resorts, just 3 km from the center and Bourg Saint Maurice train station.
