Our accommodation is located 1 hour from Paris by the A6, 15 minutes from Montargis, 20 minutes from Nemours, and 10 minutes from Château-Landon, Great for a stay with family or friends in the colors of nature, great for remote working in peace. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the accommodation is not returned in an acceptable condition.

Property near the « Château du Mez » (castel), located outside the village, in a wooded park crossed by the Betz (first category river in Natura 2000 zone). Ideal for recharging your batteries in a natural setting and enjoying the shaded garden and the coolness of the watercourse on hot summer days. The village also offers activities all summer around the communal pond (1.5 km away), with the possibility of picnicking and swimming.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It is composed, on the ground floor, of a large living room with dining room open to a kitchen and a shower room with toilet; upstairs, three double bedrooms, toilets, and a bathroom. Outdoor terrace for meals overlooking a garden. A shared swimming pool accessible from mid-morning to 6:30 p.m. We personally welcome our guests and remain available during their stay.

Ping pong table, free access to the tennis court (racquets and b***s provided) , boat ride on the river . Quiet, total silence. Organic pool ,golf and farmhouse, close by . Great hiking trail. Working remotely thanks to fiber optic .
