Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village of Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached by the Albula cable car in 1 hour all year round. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela" the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure opportunities.

Centrally located on the 3rd floor, it's just a 10-minute walk to the Lenzerheide ski lift, major shops like Coop and Migros, the Rodelbahn, and restaurants. Activities include skiing, mountain biking, and hiking. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. Amenities include ski storage in the cellar and a washing machine.

Relax with the whole family or your friends at this peaceful place to stay in Valbella (Lenzerheide). The stop for the sports bus can be reached within a minute. This takes you to the lake, to various ski areas on the Lenzerheide or to go sledding. The grocery store is very close by. The lake and a ski lift (Valbella village) can also be reached on foot, as they are so close. Also suitable for bikers as it is not far from the Rothornbahn.
