Chalet “Magnolia”: an invigorating experience in a holistic site in the Serra Gaúcha. A quiet place to rest and re-energize in the midst of nature. Medieval-style, private chalet, 2 floors, 1 bedroom, living room with fireplace, kitchen and bathroom. Accommodates up to 4 people. Guests can enjoy the entire structure of the site, which has a lake, stream, shamanic pool, geodesic space (meditation, yoga), lots of green areas and wild animals. Note: shared patio and site structure.

The house is located in a totally preserved rural area surrounded by native forest of 35 hectares, a very safe place as it has a caretaker who will be at the disposal of guests if necessary. The house is equipped with a full kitchen (barbecue, wood-burning and gas stove, electric oven, microwave oven, etc.) where guests can prepare their own meals. All faucets and showers have hot water, a living room with a fireplace and TV. Wi-Fi internet available to guests.

We are 4.3 km (7 minutes) from the city center. Located on the site next to our house on Linha Ávila Alta 2090, all paved route. The house is handcrafted, with a green roof and large garden. It accommodates 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children, 1 bedroom (double bed and sofa bed), 1 bathroom, kitchen equipped with minibar, stove, microwave, electric coffee maker, grill and utensils. Bed and bath linens are also available, as well as Wi-Fi connectivity.
