This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). 10 minutes from Le Mans, relax with family, friends or as a couple in this unique and peaceful place. Located at the European Horse Center and surrounded by a pretty stream, this cottage is a great place to rest. Horse riding friends, you will be two minutes from your horse's stall during competitions. The legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit is a 15-minute drive. I am delighted to welcome you for a stay in this place as peaceful as it is magical.

In the left part of our farmhouse in the countryside on large wooded grounds, accommodation comprising a living room, a kitchen with table on the ground floor for 5. A double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. Upstairs : a bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together, a bathroom. Ideal for a quiet romantic stay in the countryside. In the middle of the fields

Relax in this countryside accommodation, bathed in silence and the song of a multitude of birds. Many quiet walks or hikes, inevitable in this hilly and peaceful landscape. La Roche is close to a small town with all shops: La Chartre-sur-le-Loir, known for its exhibitions of vintage cars, a meeting place for collectors. You'll meet fans of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The pretty little town is famous for its many flea markets.

Old house located in the South of Sarthe, 2.5 hours from Paris by the A11, in the countryside, at the exit of a charming village, close to the Val de Loir (Coteaux du Loir and Jasnières) and the Vendômois, country of Ronsard, you will be at the gates of Touraine and the castles of the Loire. You can stroll in the Bercé state forest, and cycle or hike. Old Mans, the 24-hour circuit, Epau Abbey, and La Flèche Zoo await you.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Nice isolated house minutes away from Saint Vincent du Lorouër and at the gates of the Forêt de Bercé. We welcome you to a separate unit on the first floor of the farmhouse. You will have 2 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a living area. Many pretty villages around. Possibility of breakfast and/or meals on request.

Pretty 18th century house located at the entrance of a small village on the banks of the Loir, on the edge of the Loir-et-Cher and Indre-et-Loire, enclosed wooded garden of 3000 m² with terrace and barbecue.
