Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

In the heart of the countryside, 2 hours 15 minutes from Paris, this charming little house from 1821 is located on the La Garencière estate. Our property is a former farmhouse and its outbuildings have been converted into 5 independent cottages, in a natural, quiet setting surrounded by the forest with a lovely view of Champfleur. You will stay in a house independent of ours, enjoy a terrace adjoining the accommodation and can enjoy our entire garden, play areas...

10 minutes from Le Mans, relax with family, friends or as a couple in this unique and peaceful place. Located at the European Horse Center and surrounded by a pretty stream, this cottage is a great place to rest. Horse riding friends, you will be two minutes from your horse's stall during competitions. The legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit is a 15-minute drive. I am delighted to welcome you for a stay in this place as peaceful as it is magical.

On a wooded lot of more than half an hectare, this cottage will allow you a total disconnection... Located 20 minutes from the mythical 24h circuit of Le Mans and the Zoo de la Flèche, you can also discover the major cities nearby, Le Mans 30mn, Angers, Tours and Laval 1h. In the left part of our farmhouse in the countryside on large wooded grounds, accommodation comprising a living room, a kitchen with table on the ground floor for 5. A double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. Upstairs : a bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together, a bathroom. Ideal for a quiet romantic stay in the countryside. Old house located in the South of Sarthe, 2.5 hours from Paris by the A11, in the countryside, at the exit of a charming village, close to the Val de Loir (Coteaux du Loir and Jasnières) and the Vendômois, country of Ronsard, you will be at the gates of Touraine and the castles of the Loire. You can stroll in the Bercé state forest, and cycle or hike. Old Mans, the 24-hour circuit, Epau Abbey, and La Flèche Zoo await you.

This bed and breakfast located in the outbuilding of a charming house in the countryside of Sarthoise will seduce you with its calm, greenery and authenticity. Private terrace for hosts and secure parking in our courtyard.
