We are happy to welcome you to our family house, where you will have an apartment with a private entrance. Enjoy your own bathroom with a beautiful bathtub, a spacious kitchen and a place to relax or work. The accommodation is also suitable for longer periods, because you will find everything here as you would at home. Washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, hob and oven. Parking in front of the house, high-speed Wi-Fi or bike or ski storage are a matter of course. We look forward to seeing you. Mikuláš and Eva with family.

When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? Newly furnished romantic cottage in a quiet village with a genius loci. Newly equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa with Norwegian stove and beautiful bathroom. The village of Hlásnice-Trpín is surrounded by hills with beautiful views and established paths for hiking and cycling. Probably everyone who has been here was surprised how something so beautiful can be so close. Hlásnice is suitable for couples looking for romance, style, personality and privacy. At the same time, we ask you to respect the privacy of other residents of the village.

Modern house on the edge of Žďárské vrchy. The house is ideal for families with children or smaller groups. All guests looking for a rest in the garden with its own indoor pool (April - November) and Finnish sauna will enjoy themselves. The surroundings invite you to go cycling, hiking, mushroom picking and water sports in the nearby Velký Dářek. You will have the whole house with a terrace and grill, a large fenced garden with a fireplace, a trampoline, and a playground for children. You can park up to 3 cars directly on the property.

A beautiful place is a retro cottage and is located away from the small village of Střítež near Polička. Its advantage is solitude and at the same time easy accessibility by car or bus, just 3 km from the town of Polička. It is suitable for a quiet holiday of parents or grandparents with children, or for a group of cyclists. The large space around the cottage could be an advantage for dog owners and their pets.
