Perfect for nature lovers, bikers, families with children, bird watchers, relax. Teepee suitable for evening grills and small parties. Nearest neighbors is a children summer camp 500 meters away. Electricity by solar panels, enough for charging bikes, laptops, phones,etc. Kitchen and hot water available. Cats, deers and many kind of birds are living on the property.

The cottage is located in a beautiful sunny place, near the Sečská dam (200m). Nearby summer restaurant, playground, tennis courts, pedal boat rental, boats and paddleboards. There are two bedrooms in the small apartment. One with a double bed and one with separate beds. An extra bed is possible on the couch. It has a private bathroom with a toilet, fireplace and terrace. Outside there is a sauna and a built-in heated barrel on the terrace. In JULY/AUGUST rent only for a week Sunday/Sunday.

House by the beach

The modern house by the beach in Pastviny welcomes you. Enjoy private grilling right by the reservoir, with a built-in draft beer system. The modern, fully equipped house located directly on the beach with a view of the reservoir offers accommodation for up to 12 people. The parking area in front of the house accommodates 4 to 5 cars. The house has 237.35 m² of floor space and central electric heating. The property is partially fenced, spacious, and offers private access to the beach.

In the log cabin, you will also find the smallest bedroom with two beds located in the extension and a bedroom with three beds.
