Just a few minutes by car from the Mecklenburg Lake District and yet quite far away - the heath begins behind the village. The swimming lakes all around can be reached by bike. Our farmhouse is renovated, the apartment well equipped with kitchen, bathroom, living room and 2 bedrooms for 4 - or 6 - people. Approx. 90 m². In front of the house is the children's playground, the bakery in the yard, bicycles... And the inn in the village, cheap and good. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you are very welcome,

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

We are happy to invite you to vacation with us in a cozy atmosphere and idyllic surroundings. Techentin is a small place in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Adjacent lakes, many fields and numerous forests characterize the picture here. The apartment has a natural garden that can be used and enjoyed. We provide 2 bikes for exploring the area. Cozy furnished apartment with plenty of storage space and equipment for long-term or short-term stays. Due to the many windows, the apartment is very bright, but overall quietly located in Parchim's old town. Lake Wockersee, the market and shops serving everyday needs are within walking distance in five to ten minutes. The apartment is also ideal for fitters or doctors - the Asklepios Clinic is a 10-minute walk away.
