Covered garage for one car and another uncovered space for another vehicle! Tennis and multi-sport courts! Wonderful set of swimming pools and private beach, forming an incredible aquatic set of swimming pool and beach with “warm” water, no waves and shallow! The complex also has one of the best marinas in Brazil for you to store your boat! The Costabella Marina, in addition to being super equipped to receive vessels up to 80 feet, was the first Marina in South America to receive the Blue Flag Seal of a marina with environmental controls! Exotic fish, sea turtles and other marine animals swim around the boats!!

Beachfront place, privacy and house for up to 10 people. The amount varies with total number of people . Amount listed is for 6 downtown. Boat access, easy to hire. Ideal for children over 7 years. There is no mains but solar system for LED lights, 2 outlets 220V and small refrigerator, more ice box. The generator is on for 2 hours in the morning and 2 at the end of the day. There are no fans, screened house with good ventilation. Plenty of room for everyone, barbecue, super beach.

The house is rustic, well aired, air-conditioned in the suite, in the other rooms and fan rooms. The bedrooms and living room open to the balcony with wonderful sea views and peaks of Serra do Mar. You can see many species of birds , wild animals. A lot of tranquility, security 24/hs, saves lives on the beach, calm sea, perfect for children and for maritime sports. In the summer 1 floating deck is in the sea, from it to see turtles strolling. Above 6 guests are charged extra daily
