Air-conditioning and ceiling fan in the bedrooms, closets with hangers, mirrors and blackout curtains. Living room with sofa bed. We are 12 minutes from the city and only 3 minutes from Praia Grande and Prainha, where you can enjoy a beautiful beach or take boats to Ilha do Araújo and other islands. In Praia Grande, we have a market, fishmonger, and local fishermen, so you don't need to go downtown for basic shopping.
