This unique place has its own style and is in the best corner of Praia Grande in Paraty. It is a cozy house, standing in the sand and facing the sea. A townhouse with 03 rooms, 01 suite, 02 bathrooms and has a capacity for up to 06 people. It is located in a fishing village, in a quiet place and surrounded by very green. It is 11 km from the historic center of Paraty and in front of Araújo Island. We are inside a very quiet bay, provides the paddle with beautiful places to be explored.

Large house, very comfortable and charming, close to the beach. With maid service from Monday to Friday , weekdays . Living room with cable TV, kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave and full kitchen utensils. It has a balcony and deck with a spectacular view, with tables for meals, countertops and sink, wine cellar, charcoal barbecue and a delicious shower right at the entrance. Anyway, all the best for those looking for rest and comfort!!
