Possibility of renting, at an extra cost, a closed box in the basement of the residence for board, kite sail, boat.

The windows overlook a closed inner courtyard: no sea view but guaranteed calm, 2 steps from the sea! Provided: linen, coffee, tea, sugar... etc.

Only a few feet away from the beach and the city walls, this cosy and bright duplex is an ideal getaway for two. You will have to climb 4 flights of stairs but the view is worth the effort ! Beaches, restaurants, shopping... just park your car and enjoy doing EVERYTHING on foot. You can even just take the train as the station is only a short walk away (20min), or use public transportation Make the most of your day and enjoy the sunset when you are back !

Beautiful refurbished accommodation in the historic center in a building dating from the 17th century. Beaches 150 meters away. All shops are in the immediate vicinity. 50 meters from the dynamic Place Chateaubriand, 150 meters from the Palais des Congrès, 20-minute walk from the SNCF train station. Third floor (no elevator) the apartment is very bright (this accommodation is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility)
