Tram House, by the sea

The main house of the former Tallinn Tram and Trolleybus assembly recreation base, where tram drivers spent their downtime together during dark counseling times. Today, there's not much to feel like it in this house anymore, as there are sleeping options, a kitchen, shower, etc. and not much has been preserved from the former decor. The sea and swimming bridge are right in front of the house, and if there is an interest in fishing, it can be easily satisfied here. In the summer, the water is warm in the sea, and if the wind blows, you can surf right away.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults (the fifth bed is for children). The apartment also includes a balcony overlooking the castle tower and the old town cabins. In addition, guests can use our private courtyard to enjoy the summer evenings. Joyful with natural materials

A house built before 1909 and recently renovated to former glory. The apartment has been renovated mostly by myself with traditional methods, as it was first built over 110 years ago - wooden floors, clay plaster walls, curved ceilings, natural fibres and ecological clay and lime paints. The apartment is quiet and full of sunlight at most hours. Joy for people who love colors. Comfortable for families/small groups. Free parking for one car in the yard. Four-legged friends are welcome.
