Completely renovated. Designer open kitchen; built-in appliances and all the necessary tools. Two bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with the exclusive Valiryo body dryer. In the living room, sofa bed (140x200), TV, WiFi. And an incredible terrace. There is no elevator, although it is on the second floor and the stairs are comfortable. The apartment is in a building with people living there, so parties are strictly forbidden. You can use the terrace without any problem, but at night there is a lot of silence since it overlooks a square that is closed and any noise is heard very clearly. So at night you have to be especially careful if you go out.

The owners live in the villa, but they have an independent entrance to the house with no access to the garden or the pool.
