Completely renovated. Designer American kitchen; integrated appliances and all the necessary tools. Two bedrooms with a double bed and the bathroom with the exclusive Valiryo body dryer. In the sofa-bed room (140x200), TV, wifi.. And an amazing terrace!! There is no elevator, although it is a first and the stairs are comfortable! The apartment is in a building with people living there, so parties are strictly prohibited. You can have the terrace quietly, but at night there is a lot of silence since it overlooks a plaza that is closed and any noise is heard a lot. So at nights you have to be especially careful if you go out.
