Our beautiful vacation condo is located in El Molinar - a neighbourhood of Palma de Mallorca within walking distance of Portixol, famous for being Palma’s “it”-neighbourhood. With only 150 m from the house to the sea, you live in a peaceful, village-esque atmosphere. A 5-minute stroll takes you to Molinar’s yacht harbour and continuing along the coast, you arrive in Portixol to enjoy the beachside promenade with its colourful collection of bars and restaurants.

Adults only Small guest house / casita for two people on our finca in Llucmajor, in the middle of a beautiful garden with pool. Centrally located with short distances to the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca, to Palma and other excursion destinations. The Llucmajor/Son Noguera bus station is a 7-minute walk from us. From May to October, an airport bus also runs. The tourist tax levied here is included in the price.

It comfortably sleeps 4 people, comes fully equipped and guests benefit from the use of all hotel facilities: outdoor and indoor pools, gym, steam room, roof-top solarium, direct access to the sea with a short walk to a sandy beach. Please note the hotel complex is closed from mid November until mid March.

We are a couple that live in the countryside, and that we like the contact with nature. We offer this for our house, in which to enjoy a few days of vacation in this environment. Ideal to disconnect from everyday life. We also offer a nice fireplace for the nostalgic of the cold, and we make available firewood for its use.
