Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

TRADITION, NATURE, AND PEACE. It is a Mallorcan farmhouse over 250 years old. Restored with a lot of love and above all respecting its original essence. It is part of a small village called "Son Calderó" formed by 6 houses, located in a rural area of Felanitx. "Son Valls". It is an ideal place for people who love nature, animals and want to learn a little more about Mallorcan tradition and culture.

Our beautiful house is located in a very interesting and trendy area of Palma: El Terreno. It has excellent proximity to attractions and very good bars and restaurants. It is a 15 min walk into town center (cathedral....) and a 5 min walk to the marina. In the Marina you will find many good restaurants and if you want, you will have also a lot of pubs and discotheques.
