Portion of two-family, Villa Caini, is immersed in the beautiful Umbrian countryside. It is in a strategic location between Lake Trasimeno and Perugia and a few kilometers from the highway exit, useful to reach the main cultural, food and landscape centers of Umbria. It is also in a location sheltered from the chaos of the nearby town where there are bars, supermarkets, pizzerias, pharmacies, to spend days in total relaxation with family or friends.

Located on the outskirts of Perugia, the apartment was obtained by restoring a typical Umbrian stone and brick house on the edge of a small private grove. Large living room, an "open space" with original terracotta and stone floors and arches, where the living area, lounge and kitchenette coexist in well-defined spaces. "IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
