Bright & charming, roof terrace, hearth of Padova

Our home is a bright and quiet apartment on the fourth floor. It is composed by a small entrance, a spacious sunny living room opening on a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a kingsize bed and a bathroom. You can relax in the terrace getting a spectacular views on Basilica of Sant'Antonio and Padova's rooftops. Also the location is great! Very close to the pedestrian area in the heart of Padova but also to the trade fair complex, to the Hospital and university areas.

The apartment is part of a house with large garden, in a quiet area though close to the city center (10 minutes by car to Prato della Valle, Basilica del Santo, Hospitals). It's also a good location to easily go to Venice. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room with kitchenette, a common area with tv and a great terrace where you can relax and eat. In front of the house there's a parking area (for 2 cars or 1 van).
