Artist's House in an ancient noble palace

The building is set in the historic center of Tempio, "City of Stone", Heart of Gallura. The house is located on the first floor, above my "Studio of Arts and Crafts". It is the result of careful restoration work and very close to all the city's amenities. The entrance is very private, from an entrance hall with a large staircase you access the apartment, consisting of two large rooms, kitchen/living room and living room/bedroom, corridor and bathroom. Nice small but well-furnished apartment with breathtaking views of the gulf above Porto Cervo, 1 km from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. Private parking in front of the house, in a very quiet area a stone's throw from the famous nightlife and shops of Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia.
