A dieci minuti a piedi dalle spiagge de Lo Squalo e Pittulongu, in residence tranquillo.Zona servita da centri commerciali,pizzerie,bar,fornaio, piccolo market.A disposizione degli ospiti 1 camera da letto matrimoniale ed 1 bagno.Soggiorno con angolo cottura,giardino.Posto auto.Le altre stanze saranno chiuse e non utilizzabili. A poche decine di metri,autobus numero 4 per la città di Olbia,e le strade per Golfo Aranci (10/15 minuti) e per la Costa Smeralda raggiungibile in 25/30 minuti di auto.

Nice small but well-furnished apartment with breathtaking views of the gulf above Porto Cervo, 1 km from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. Private parking in front of the house, in a very quiet area a stone's throw from the famous nightlife and shops of Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia. Furnished with everything: dishes, electric oven and microwave, in case of need for a change of linen (towels) the price will be €25. The washing machine will be provided with at least 5 days of stay.

Il palazzo è incastonato nel centro storico di Tempio, "Città di Pietra", Cuore della Gallura. La casa è situata al primo piano, sopra il mio "Studiolo di Arti e Mestieri". È il frutto di un accurato lavoro di restauro e vicinissima a tutti i servizi della città. "Sa Pedra " Open space in Porto San Paolo

Easily accessible, Porto San Paolo is 15 km from the port of Olbia and 12 km from the Costa Smeralda airport. My newly renovated accommodation is the perfect place for couples who want to spend a pleasant holiday by the sea, without giving up comfort. Close to the most beautiful beaches in the area and just a few minutes from the square where you can take the ferry service to the island of Tavolara.
