The house is packed with colour and character having a good sized double bedroom with a superking bed that can be changed into twin beds if preferred. The open plan reception/kitchen has a double height ceiling with the bedroom as a gallery above. There is a grocery store, a bakery and a cafe within a minute's walk of the house which is in a lovely family residential area but close to all the action in Notting Hill!

In vibrant Kentish Town, on a residential street , our house is quiet and peaceful but a 2 minute walk from the main road with lovely shops and restaurants. Another 2 minutes and you're at the tube, a short ride to Central London. There is a dedicated office, a lovely living room area and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there is a large, light double bedroom and a second room with a pull-out bed as well as a stunning bathroom with a freestanding bath.

This is a large room with a nice size private bathroom for guests. My georgian townhouse is centrally located with easy access to 3 tube stations: Marylebone, Baker Street and Edgware Road. The room is in the basement and while the bathroom is not en-suite, it is merely at the end of hallway and for your sole use. There is no cooking facility but cafes/ restaurants are aplenty in the neighbourhood. Wembley stadium is only 1 stop away on the train.
