The house is on the seaside of the road and is 50 meters away from Cukuralti Beach. It was renovated in 2026 and is a 3+1, detached house with a garden and a separate entrance. There is a duplex apartment on the upper floor of the house, and my neighbor usually comes during the period when schools are closed. Therefore, the house can be considered semi-detached. My neighbor and I have completely separate doors, and I have full use of the garden. The house is 110 m2 and the garden is about 40 m2. There are a total of 3 air conditioners, 2 in the living room and 1 in a bedroom. There is Wi-Fi.

Located right by the sea, with a peaceful garden and a comfortable atmosphere, it is a 4-minute walk to the beaches and a 10-minute drive to Sığacık, the ancient city of Teos, and Teos Marina. Air conditioning available. The house has all the necessary equipment for you to cook. Filter and Turkish coffee machines, air fryer, KitchenChef and basic kitchen supplies (tea, sugar, salt, etc.) are ready for initial use. Soap, shower gel, toilet paper; clean spare sheets and towels are available. The host lives on the terrace floor.

The vacation home is certified by the Ministry of Tourism. The house is situated in a settlement and is directly connected to a beach promenade. From there, the nearest village of Ürkmez can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (bakery, supermarkets, pharmacy, doctors, weekly market). In front of the house is the sandy beach 50 m away. From the living room, from all bedroom balconies and terraces there is a sea view. The living room and 3 bedrooms have air conditioning. In the house is a Sebil (for drinking water cooling)

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

The floor is Italian marble and has underfloor heating.
